Description
Thriving private practice in metro Atlanta is looking for a full-time, salaried psychologist to join our dynamic team of licensed psychologists and other licensed mental health professionals. This position involves providing psychotherapy and psychological evaluations for children and adolescents with a wide variety of emotional, behavioral, and trauma-related difficulties, including sexual trauma and sexual acting out. Experience in sexual trauma and sexual behavior problems is preferred, but specialized training will be provided as needed. This position involves working in the office at least 25 hours per week. Report-writing and virtual therapy may be conducted from home. This position requires full licensure as a psychologist, preferably in Georgia, although we will consider candidates who are fully licensed in other states and are eligible for licensure in Georgia. Requirements
The position involves conducting psychotherapy and psychological evaluations with children and adolescents. There is also the opportunity to conduct psychotherapy and psychological evaluations with adults, as well as to conduct forensic evaluations involving sexual trauma and/or sexual acting out. Training and supervision will be provided as needed.
